HPS7-XH is a low flow polycarbonate (PC) with a melt flow rate (MFR) of 5 at 300°C/1.2kg. It has been specifically designed for use in medical devices and pharmaceutical applications, meeting the biocompatibility requirements of ISO 10993 or USP Class VI standards. The material is compatible with gamma and e-beam sterilization methods and includes a mold release agent. Moreover, it complies with our healthcare management of change policy for added assurance.
