PPH-F100 (Polypropylene Homopolymer)

     PPH-F100 is a high-flow homopolymer polypropylene resin designed for extrusion film processing. It features balanced melt fluidity, good film-forming property, high rigidity, low moisture permeability and excellent heat resistance. The material shows outstanding resistance to acids, alkalis and most aqueous chemicals. It has low ash content, stable extrusion performance and uniform thickness control during film production. Its drawback is relatively low low-temperature impact strength compared with PP copolymer grades.

Applications: Suitable for casting film, food packaging films, textile packaging, laminating films, transparent packaging bags, and general-purpose packaging films. It can also be used for thin-wall extrusion products requiring good clarity and stiffness.
