Practical Applications of PP L5E89 Resin

     PP L5E89 is a homopolymer polypropylene (PPH) raffia grade with MFR around 3.0 g/10min, well-known in the Middle East and North Africa export markets including Egypt. It features stable melt flow, outstanding tensile strength, good drawability and low water content, specially optimized for flat yarn extrusion. This resin delivers consistent processing performance and cost advantages, making it one of the most popular PP grades imported by Egypt for agricultural and industrial packaging.

     The primary application of L5E89 is woven packaging bags. Flat tapes extruded from L5E89 can be woven into sacks for packing grains, fertilizers, cement, minerals and chemical powders. These woven bags have high tensile strength and good resistance to stretching, suitable for heavy-load storage and long-distance transportation.
