Practical Applications of PP H2800 Polypropylene Resin

     PP H2800 is a homopolymer polypropylene coating grade with a melt flow rate (MFR) of 28 g/10min (230°C / 2.16 kg). It features excellent melt fluidity, strong adhesion, good film-forming ability, moisture resistance and stable mechanical performance, specially developed for extrusion coating and lamination processes. It is widely exported to Turkey and other overseas markets for packaging production.

     The primary application of H2800 is the two-in-one and three-in-one coating for PP woven sacks. During production, the molten H2800 resin is extruded and coated directly onto the surface of woven fabric, forming a compact waterproof composite layer. Woven bags coated with H2800 gain outstanding water and dust barrier performance, so they do not require an extra PE inner liner. These finished sacks are commonly used for packing grains, cement, fertilizers, minerals and chemical raw materials, which are popular bulk packaging products in        Turkey’s agriculture and construction industries.
