PA-757K (High Impact ABS Resin)PA-757K is a general-purpose high-impact acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) copolymer. It is well known for balanced mechanical properties, excellent processability and stable surface quality, which makes it one of the most widely used ABS grades for consumer goods.

Key Properties

• High notched impact strength, good toughness, resistant to falling and collision

• Balanced rigidity and tensile strength

• Smooth and glossy surface, easy painting, printing and vacuum plating

• Good flowability for injection molding, suitable for thin-wall and complex parts

• Stable dimensional shrinkage, low warpage during molding

• Good resistance to dilute acids, dilute alkalis and oils; not resistant to ketones and esters

• Heat deflection temperature around 80–85°C, for indoor use only; no inherent flame retardancy
