Practical Applications of PP Z30S Resin

PP Z30S is a fiber-grade homopolymer polypropylene (PPH) produced by PetroChina Fushun Petrochemical. It features high melt flow rate, stable spinning performance, excellent tensile strength and good chemical resistance. Designed for high-speed spinning processes, this grade is widely exported to Russia and other markets for textile and nonwoven products.

Its primary application is spunbond nonwoven fabrics. Z30S can run smoothly on high-speed spinning lines to produce uniform fine fibers. The nonwoven materials are used for hygiene products such as diapers, sanitary napkins and disposable protective gowns. The finished fabrics are lightweight, soft and have good liquid penetration performance, meeting hygiene product standards.

Z30S is also ideal for BCF (bulked continuous filament) carpet yarns and staple fibers. BCF yarns from Z30S are used for carpet face yarns, upholstery fabrics and home textiles. PP staple fibers can be made into thermal wadding for winter garments, bedding and filter materials. The fibers retain stable strength under low-temperature conditions, which suits the cold climate in Russia.

In industrial textile sectors, Z30S manufactures heavy-duty ropes, packing straps, big bag handles and geotextile fabrics. These products show strong resistance to acids, alkalis and moisture. They are commonly used for agricultural packaging, construction reinforcement and cargo binding, which are in high demand in Russia’s agriculture and logistics industries.

Additionally, Z30S can be processed into cigarette filter tow and thin industrial woven fabrics. Its consistent melt property reduces filament breakage during spinning, lowering production waste for converters.

In summary, PP Z30S is a reliable fiber-grade homopolymer PP. Its stable high-speed spinning capability and good tensile strength make it a preferred raw material for nonwovens, carpet yarns and industrial textiles for export to Russia.
