PPH-1100N (Homopolymer Polypropylene)

Performance

PPH-1100N is a high-rigidity homopolymer polypropylene resin produced by coal-based olefin plants.

• Melt Flow Rate (MFR): 10.0 g/10min (230℃, 2.16kg)

• High tensile strength and excellent stiffness

• Good heat resistance, high distortion temperature

• Moderate impact strength at room temperature; low-temperature impact performance is general

• Good dimensional stability for injection molded parts

• Easy flow during injection molding, suitable for thin-wall and complex-shaped products

• Good chemical resistance against acids, alkalis and most organic solvents

• Non-toxic, odorless, meets general food contact requirements (subject to test certificate)

• Low water absorption
