PP-M1500 (Polypropylene Homopolymer)

PP-M1500 is a high melt flow rate homopolymer polypropylene resin. It features ultra-high fluidity, low pressure drop during processing, fine fiber-forming property, uniform molecular weight distribution and good thermal stability. The material can form ultra-fine fibers easily under high-speed melt blowing conditions. It has moderate tensile strength and soft handfeel, with stable filtration performance.

Its main application is melt-blown nonwoven fabric, which serves as the core filter layer for disposable masks, air filtration media, liquid filter materials and sanitary products. It is also widely used for fine fiber nonwovens, oil-absorbing materials and industrial filtration materials.

Processing recommendation: Melt-blown extrusion process. It requires strict control of processing temperature and air pressure to achieve stable fiber diameter and filtration efficiency.

Limitations: This grade is not suitable for structural injection parts due to relatively low impact resistance.
