Practical Applications of PP EPS30R Resin

     PP EPS30R is an impact copolymer polypropylene (PPB) grade mainly produced by PetroChina. It features low melt flow rate (MFR≈1.8 g/10min), outstanding low-temperature impact resistance, balanced rigidity and toughness, good chemical resistance and stable dimensional performance. As an injection molding grade, it is very popular for export to Egypt, Turkey and other Middle East & North African markets for heavy-duty molded goods.

     The primary application is heavy-duty logistics containers. EPS30R is widely used for agricultural fruit and vegetable crates, industrial turnover boxes and large storage bins. These products undergo repeated stacking, transportation and collision. The high impact toughness of EPS30R prevents cracking even under heavy loads and low-temperature conditions, which perfectly meets the needs of agricultural and food logistics in Egypt.
