Product Description

PPH-Z30S is virgin homopolymer polypropylene resin, also known as PPH-Y26, specially developed for fiber and spunbond nonwoven production. It is white, odorless, non-toxic polypropylene pellets with stable melt flow performance for high-speed spinning lines.

• MFR (230℃, 2.16kg, ISO 1133): 24–26 g/10min

• Density: 0.90 g/cm³

• High isotacticity, excellent tensile strength and spinnability

• Stable thermal processing performance, low ash content

• Good uniformity, less broken filaments during high-speed spinning
