When the LED lamp is working, the heat mainly comes from the LED chip. It passes through the LED packaging structure, thermal interface material, circuit board, and heat dissipation structure of the lamp in the way of heat conduction, and finally transfers the heat from the heat dissipation structure to the environment in the way of convection (heat convection and heat conduction) and heat radiation.
